Delivery Information
What is the delivery timeframe for sauces and dry-goods?
Our working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day.

We aim to dispatch orders for sauces and dry-goods within 48 hours and all orders are booked on a 24-48 hour tracked service.

The delivery date for our Christmas hampers is specified during the checkout process.

What is the time-frame for fresh wonton deliveries?
All orders containing fresh wontons are dispatched on Wednesdays.  In certain postcodes of London orders are delivered on the same-day, while all other orders will be delivered on Thursdays via tracked courier.  In some instances, wontons may arrive on Fridays.

Please note that due to the nature of the goods, fresh wonton deliveries will be left with a neighbour or a safe place if our courier is unable to deliver to named recipient.
What are your delivery costs?

Online shop orders up to 10kg to England, Wales and most of Scotland are a flat rate of £6.50 and are sent via DHL with 48 hour tracking or same-day via Quivver in London.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain Scottish postcodes, a higher delivery fee might be calculated at checkout.

Wontons
How long do the wontons keep for?
We recommend you eat your wontons as soon as possible. They will keep for 2 days in the fridge from the day of arrival. There will just be moisture transfer from the filling to the skins which make the skins a bit damp. They are fine to eat, just not as pretty!
Are the wontons suitable for freezing?
Our wontons can be frozen but please do so in a single layer. Once frozen, you can pop them in a ziplock and they will keep well for a month. Cook from frozen by dropping them into a pan of boiling water. Once the water comes to a boil again, add an espresso cup's worth of cold water to the pan and let the water boil again. Do this twice more. This will make sure the filling is cooked without overcooking the skins.

Do you offer a regular delivery of wontons?
Yes, you can now purchase a wontons subscription within the wontons product page.
Sauces
Are your sauces and wontons suitable for coeliacs? Are they gluten-free?
All of our products contain soya sauce, which itself contains wheat, so our products are not suitable for coeliacs.
Where can I see the ingredients for the sauces?

Do your products contain any nuts or known allergens?
Please refer to our ingredients list on the website, listed under each product. Whilst our products do not contain nuts, they are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts.
Do you deliver outside of the UK
At present we are unable to ship overseas.
