SHIPPING & COLLECTION
Our working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Online orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours using a tracked 24-48 hour DHL service.
At times, a delivery date for certain products such as Gifting Hampers will be specified during the checkout process.
Shipping starts from £4.50 for orders orders to England, Wales and the majority of Scotland.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
Please note that for deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain Scottish postcodes, a higher delivery fee might be calculated at checkout.
Yes, simply select store pick-up and specify a date to collect from the Arch on Fridays and Saturdays.

You may return a non-food item within 21 days provided it is in its original packaging, the labels are in good condition, and the product can be resold.

Yes! We are now available in over 300 stores across the United Kingdom. Please see the stockists page on our main website for the list of locations.
You can also purchase Poon's London products from our production facility at Spa Terminus on Saturday mornings and from our restaurant, Poon's at Somerset House.
All of our products contain soya sauce, which itself contains wheat, so our products are not suitable for coeliacs.
