Our working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day.

We aim to dispatch orders for sauces and dry-goods within one working day and all orders are booked on a 24-48 hour tracked service.

The delivery date for certain products including our Christmas hampers is specified during the checkout process.

Online shop orders up to 10kg to England, Wales and most of Scotland are a flat rate of £3.99 and are sent via DHL with 48 hour tracking.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £45.

Please note that for deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain Scottish postcodes, a higher delivery fee might be calculated at checkout.
