Poon's Fine Egg Noodles (180g)

The much lauded Poon's Wontoneria might have popped down but their delicious egg noodles are now available!  Firm, chewy and deliciously springy, these fine noodles take only 3 mins to cook and are perfect for both soup and stir-fried dishes.

Place the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.  Once they are soft, and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water before use.

Each packet contains enough noodles for two generous servings.
