An addictively vibrant dressing that perfectly balances piquant, savoury and tangy flavours. Poon’s Chilli Vinegar Dressing is a versatile sauce that will elevate any dish, hot or cold.

Drizzle over: dumplings, dim sum, noodles, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, poached chicken, salads, tofu.

Stir into: peanut butter, crème fraiche, mayonnaise and sauces.
