Poon's Rice Noodles (200g)

These top-quality rice noodles have the perfect amount of bite. They are perfect for elevating South-East Asian dishes, like stir-fries, summery spicy noodle salads and noodle soups.

Each packet contains 2 servings.

Cooking Instructions: Cook rice noodles in boiling water for about 16 to 18 minutes, stir occasionally. Once they are soft and loosened, drain and rinse them in cold water for 1 minute. Ready to be served cold or stir fry with your favourite ingredients and seasoning. Or soak in water overnight, and boil for 3 minutes, then ready to serve.
