The bag is made from 100% organic cotton and measures 38H x 48W x G18 cm with a small internal pocket below the handle, and a bottle holder running down one side.

Chilli Vinegar Dressing (250ml)
Wontons aside, you can use it on steamed tenderstem broccoli or any veg, salads, poached chicken, grilled fish, noodles...

Extraordinary Chilli Oil (125g)
Use as you would any chilli oil. Simply stirred through some thick wheat noodles, wet still from the noodle water, it's the Chinese version of spaghetti aglio e olio.

We called it WO sauce because W is almost X - a bit corny but so am I. It has affectionately become known as “Woooooh Sauce” in the kitchen and with the chefs who have used it. I love it on buttered bagels, fried eggs, fried rice, plain rice, noodles, pizza and sausage rolls...
